It’s always good to have allies on the battlefield, and friends to drink mead with when the fighting is done.
One of the groups we always enjoy being around are Wuffa. A group based out of Lowestoft and Ipswich. They have some excellent fighters that are perfect for testing our skills on the battlefield, and a living history display that is always informative and friendly.

We’ve been lucky enough to welcome some of the Wuffa crew to our local shows and have joined them at their flagship event the Scira festival in Sheringham and at other events around the country.

Wuffa take their name from one of the most famous Anglo Saxon dynasties, the Wuffingas who ruled East Anglia. Historian believe that the great king buried at Sutton Hoo was most likely to have been Rædwald who was part of this family.
Like Odin’s Aett they portray a warband that came together in the aftermath of the Great Heathen Army and the formation of the Danelaw.
We couldn’t wish for better comrades. If you have a chance to see them in action do it, you won’t be disappointed.
